New York: The official match ball for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Trionda, was officially unveiled at a ceremony in FIFA New York. The ball, redesigned by Adidas, pays homage to the historic tournament, which will be co-hosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada from June 11 to July 19, 2026.

The ball features an attractive design with red, blue and green colors reflecting the color palettes of the three host countries. The symbols of the maple leaves representing Canada, the Mexican eagle and the American stars add cultural depth. The Trionda also features cutting-edge technology. Deep seams are designed to improve stability in flight, and embossed surface icons ensure better grip even in wet conditions. Its most revolutionary feature is the built-in motion sensor chip that transmits real-time data to the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system, increasing the accuracy of decision-making during matches.
