Milan ∙ After 13 seasons at Spanish club Real Madrid, Croatian footballer Luka Modric has signed a one-year contract with Italian club AC Milan. The contract is subject to an extension for another year if necessary. Modric, who has won 28 trophies with Real, including 6 European Cups and 4 Spanish leagues, is also the winner of the 2018 Ballon d’Or.
